1. Patient Caregiver and Elderly Care Expertise

Experienced care personnel capable of undertaking continuous or live-in supervision of individuals in the convalescence period of Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, paralysis, or post-operation in a home environment; fully mastering medication schedule management, monitoring of vital signs, and self-care hygiene processes.

2. Hospital Companion Staff

Companions who will provide support for the visit, examination, nutrition, and instant needs of patients receiving treatment in clinical and hospital environments; capable of working flexible hours in night shifts, daytime visit accompaniments, or 24-hour block systems.

3. Baby and Child Development Caregivers

Referenced baby and child caregivers who will support the pedagogical development of children from the newborn stage to school age, maintain healthy nutrition, and preserve a safe environmental order.

4. Regular and Live-in Female Housekeepers

Beyond simple daily cleaning routines; full-time or live-in female household personnel responsible for the general administration and management of a house, the preparation of daily fresh hot meal combinations, laundry, delicate ironing processes, and corporate wardrobe organization.

General Qualifications Required to be Accepted into the Nigtem Pool

• Verifiable Strong References: A work history of having provided long-term service in at least 1-2 different households or institutions in past years and for which retrospective satisfaction verification can be made.
• Legal and Clean Background: Current criminal record (criminal history) and archive records, registered by official institutions, must be completely clean.
• Health Status Sufficiency: A current health report certifying that the candidate can fully adapt to transfer processes requiring physical strength, baby/child energy, or clinical environments, and has no infectious diseases.
• High Work Ethics and Communication Skills: Patient, high empathy skills, cheerful, and a character structure that shows absolute loyalty to household privacy and confidentiality principles.
